Have been a client here for over ten years. Would happily recommend the clinic and service to anybody. Staff are always friendly and professional, they go the extra mile to accommodate you and fit you in. Everyone is so accommodating! Being able to access this quality service has definitely improved my quality of life.
I had pains in my left heel and was having difficulty walking. I put up with this for about three weeks and someone suggested a chiropractor. I am so glad that I found Ian, he knew almost immediately what was wrong and started treatment that very day. I have been 6 times in total and I feel great, no pain, what a relief. If ever I get any more problems like this or similar, Ian will be my first port of call. Thank you so much Ian, and may I also compliment you on your reception staff, who are really lovely, so friendly and cheerful.
Very friendly staff. Professional attitude, examination and treatment by Richard. Always explains clearly and in detail. Always a pleasure to visit even though a bit of pain may be involved! Apologies for always having my husband with me – he talks for England you know
The Location is easy + very accessible. The staff are all very friendly and put you at ease (particularly the secretaries!) its great to finally be pain free after nearly 10 years
Staff always fab they remember something personal you said to them even over 18 months ago (ie. Groupon vouchers and where I’d been with the vouchers). They make you feel like you have come to see friends. Richard is the same and always recalls something we spoke about months ago so I really value this personal service. Which is one of the reasons I come back apart from I get results after placing my aching bones in Richards hands.
I have been coming here for over 10 years I couldn’t have done without Richard or Ian to put me right. I had suffered for a few years before Ian came to the breast cancer support to give us a talk about a chiropractor it was very interesting so I thought I would give it go and I haven’t looked since.
I have been coming to WellBeing since it opened. Its a wonderful place. Staff are lovely, very caring and helpful. Ian always sorts my pains and I have complete trust in him. I always feel safe at WellBeing. I would always recommend WellBeing. A couple of times over the years I have pulled a muscle and could hardly walk. Ian has helped me and made me comfy.
Always receive excellent service, from both reception and chiropractor. Treatment always explained in a manner which is easily understood. Have been coming for many years, relieves the tensions to carry on normally for a few months.
Keeps me moving much more freely. Now come each 3 months to keep everything in order – I now realise how bad I was before I started coming here. Location of clinic is excellent, easily accessible and easy to park. Children love the toys to play with! Everyone very friendly and welcoming
Lovely Clinic with good parking. Very helpful staff who always look to help. General information given and my response to treatment is usually positive + swift. Frustrated that my back is still unpredictably unstable but not sure the clinic can be blamed for that! I am looking for a long term solution and have managed to get an MRI at the DRI. Overall the clinic + staff is very hard to fault. If I could suggest anything it would be a loyalty card/frequent flyers discount
All staff very friendly and professional – Richard is a magician, he knew within an hour where the problems were and treated them very quickly. I have not felt this well in a number of years. Now when I exercise the pain is gone and I can exercise for longer.
1st impressions, clinic v clean, modern, professional. Front of house staff v friendly and helpful. Ian was v thorough and extensive knowledge. I feel v confident in the service I am getting. Like the plasma screen graphics

Had a brilliant first session. Ian made me really comfortable. He explained everything clearly and even allowed my partner to get involved. I feel much more positive after seeing Ian.

I have been coming to the Wellbeing Clinic for some years. I’d had a prolapsed disc some years before and although the significant pain had gone I was having recurring difficulties Ian has been very effective in treating my back (and neck/arm on occasions). He explains things really clearly and gives really sound advice I have recommended the clinic and would do so again
I have had problems with my sacroiliac joint and Ian at the Wellbeing Clinic was able to manipulate the joint into position with the minimum of fuss. He explained why it had moved (bad posture from desk job) and gave me some exercises to prevent it happening again. I would recommend Wellbeing to anyone.
Wellbeing have helped me move from an office job to a manual job despite a long history of back problems. Regular check ups help keep me fit. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would recommend them (and have done so) to anyone who would benefit from their expertise.
I am really pleased with the service get Richard is friendly explains everything and is very expert in everything he does I would recommend this practise to anybody who is suffering. I come every 3 months and it works for me.
If it was not for the Wellbeing Clinics help I would still be off work + unable to walk. Waiting for the NHS to get appointments to see consultant. From the spacious car park to the reception where the staff are both friendly + efficient, I cannot believe the advice, care and information given to me by Ian the chiropractor as he explained he was unable to help me but arranged for me to see an excellent Doctor, who could giving me confidence in the fact, I was going to get better. Also that if I had any concerns I could phone the clinic to get advice, which I did with excellent help given. I am now well on the way 100% recovery and can walk my dogs again. I would recommend the clinic to others as they are honest about there ability to help you.
The clinic is ideally situated, close to the city centre, with free parking in a safe and pleasant area. The reception and treatment areas are well equipped, tastefully decorated in modern. and cheerful colours and The clinic is always clean and exceptionally well maintained; this makes every visit calming and relaxing, which aids treatment and recovery. Hot/cold drinks are free of charge and patients are encouraged to help themselves; the Reception staff are friendly, informative and receptive to each patient’s individual needs, as are the Chiropractors. I came for treatment on the recommendation of a friend and have never looked back; since then I have myself recommended friends, family and work colleagues and will have no hesitation in doing so in the future.
My second visit, so far so good
Richard (and Ian) has enabled me to continue working without a day off due to back or neck problems for over 20 years, excellent Chiropractic attention. Always courteous, attentive and supremely qualified. Thank you. PS the staff are great as well!
Very Friendly Staff Accessible location, easy parking well thought out, Treatment really good everything clearly explained and process successful in allowing me back to work and back to being able to do my hobbies
What I believe is good about well being – Ease of parking, friendliness of the staff, Chiropractors explanation of what was wrong with you. I have seen Ian for about 20 years, never had need to complain. Coming to Well Being kept me at work for years till I retired.

Easy parking. Facilities (lovely coffee) Friendly staff excellent attitude, examination & treatment all questions answered. Equal with physiotherapist (using both) treatment has kept me mobile, I feel I would be in a wheelchair without the treatment.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful very good with children. They always greet you as you walk in. My chiropractor is very good with me and always makes my pain ease when I’ve seen him he always has a laugh with him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else apart from here. There is ample car parking and very easy to get too
When I came to Wellbeing I was in extreme pain with my neck, and was surprised even after the first treatment how much that pain had eased, and after two more visits, I had the full movement back, and no pain at all, A great result and very glad result and very glad I chose WellBeing. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
Fantastic treatment took me from barely being able to walk to full mobility on a number of occasions.
Location is easy to get to (apart from at rush hour!) & parking always available. Facilities great – very clean & tidy. Staffs are always friendly, very professional & can’t do enough to help us. Treatment has helped me return to work more quickly and I still love coming here
Visiting this clinic is a very pleasant experience. Parking is easy, the building is smart and modern. Reception staff are very welcoming and have a very friendly attitude. I have always been able to have an appointment to suit my needs. The treatment I receive is first class and has always helped me. I now understand my problem a lot better and know I have somewhere to go when I am suffering.
The clinics location is superb (when Derby isn’t covered in roadworks!). The reception staff are very welcoming and are always able to accomode and support where nessesary. Richard is fantastic at explaining why I have my problems. And does his best to relieve my pain. The new presentation is very well put together and informative. I had got reffered to physio, but decided to come here instead!

I have put my back care in the hands of wellbeing clinics for a least 20 years. Over the years I’ve had lots of good advice about my back and general health. I’ve always been able to get an appointment quickly, even when I’ve needed a few together. The staff are open, friendly and my chiropractor is interested in me as a whole person.
I’ve been attending Wellbeing for general maintenance for about 12 years. It’s great to know that my aches and pains can be treated holistically. My treatment helps me be able to work to the best of my ability. I highly recommend Wellbeing to anyone who suffers with general aches and pains.
Always recommending to anyone I see who I think would benefit from chiropractic care. I have organised Richard to come and talk to our ladies at our local WI. Very well received you can always learn something new even after some 17 years or more. Never hesitate to get in touch with the friendly team, you can be helped.
Receptionist – really pleasant and efficient. Reception – colourful, coffee welcome, furnishings comfortable. Parking – adequate but a little tight for larger cars. Chiropractors – Thorough, clear explanation/diagnosis treatment – effective – now just have periodic tone ups. Recommendation- originally came as recommendation would recommend to others.
I initially came to the Wellbeing Clinic in Derby due to recurring lower back pain. Having found the website through Google I made an appointment for an initial assessment. Ian was excellent , giving a very clear explanation as to my back pain and relieved the initial pain. Ian recommended a series of several appointments over a couple of months to address the issue. Ian and the other staff at the clinic have a very friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend Wellbeing for anyone who has lower back pain.
This is a great location and easy to find. No parking expenses. The staff on reception are very welcoming and friendly and makes me feel at ease. The treatment that I have received has been of great benefit to myself. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Attended for several years and have always found the visits to the clinic to be a positive experience. Location is excellent for my visits following work. I have always found the reception staff to be extremely friendly and informative. Explanation of my problems was detailed and the treatment I have received has left me free from pain. The regular “M.O.T.’s” Ensure I remain this way. I would without a doubt recommend the clinic to anyone

Parking – very good. Clinic – very welcoming staff wounderfull always helpful. Appointments allways available when needed in an emergency. Both chiropractors always very good and informative. Been coming here for years and it has changed my life dramatically as I can now do much more than I could before my first visit. Tv could be more informative i.e pictures explaining who is who. Would always recomend to others. As I have done already.
A very friendly clinic where you feel welcome and nothing too much trouble. The treatment from Ian keeps me on my feet and free from pain. Hope he doesn’t retire any time soon

I have been seeing Richard Nelson since before WellBeing Clinics began. I have always felt comfortable and welcome at the clinic, the staff are always warm and friendly and the chance of a nice cup of coffee is always a bonus. I have had various issues with my back and neck over the years exacerbated by stress, and whilst the treatment can be uncomfortable, the relief it brings is worth the pain. The equipment used is first class, Richard is a nice friendly chap whom I have enjoyed many a conversation, with over the years. I would and have recommended wellbeing Clinic and will continue to do so..
