Initial Consultation
Your First Appointment
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive appointment that includes a full case history, Chiropractic examination including a physical, orthopaedic and neurological examination. A discussion follows with your Report of Findings, explaining your diagnosis, your options and, where clinically appropriate and time permits, your first treatment session. Your Chiropractor will also advise on the recommended type of treatment(s), frequency and of your expected (realistic) treatment plan.
ℹ️ Please note: The initial consultation fee is payable at the time of your booking. We accept cash and Debit and credit card payments. If the consultation is cancelled more than 24hrs before then you will get a full refund, less than 24hrs before no refund is given.
Follow-Up Treatments
Ongoing Treatments
Follow-up appointments are focused treatment sessions tailored to your evolving needs. Each session will involve a discussion on how you are, any additional information from you which may be pertinent to your progress and then appropriate treatment will be explained and carried out based on this information. You may be asked to download our exercise app for specific exercises for your problem, asked to follow our chiropractic ergonomic advice, as well as do’s and don’ts with the aim to help get you better faster.
ℹ️ Treatment plans: Are always agreed with you beforehand. We review your progress and needs at each session. You will never coerced into long treatment plans as you PAYG. You are always in control about how long you wish to benefit from our treatment.
Payment Methods
We still accept cash! All major debit and most credit cards. Payment is taken after each treatment session. No long prepayment requirements.
Private Health Insurance
Many private health insurance policies cover Chiropractic care. We provide receipts for all treatments for you to submit a claim.
No Referral Needed
You do not need a GP referral to see a Chiropractor. You can contact us directly and self-refer to book your appointment.
